A presentation of Lublin dances, the audiences will be invited to dance together and enjoy games once popular in the Lublin region.
Swingin’ Lublin
A presentation, crash course and a Linda hop dance party (Linda Hop is a type of swing). We want to use the city space as the stage and a democratic space for learning and dancing Linda Hop. We are planning to teach the basics that will make it possible to dance independently to swing music. At the same time, it is a public show, visible and heard from afar. After that, we will hold a public dance party including a showcase of our skills. Everything will be set to beautiful jazz music of the 1920s-1940s.
Tango Milonga
An outdoor dance party feautring tango dancers from Lublin and the area to the tune of tango recordings from the 1930s-1940s, traditionally performed using the milioga. Tango crash course for everyone interested will be available.
