During an interactive presentatrion in the Regional Museum of Cebularz with the participation of the legendary Esterka and the baker Franek you will learn about the origin of this wonderful product. The participants will hear stories about the history of Lublin, the story and the legend about the origins of cebularz and some interesting facts about its ingredients. In between the stories you will be able to participate in different stages of preparing a cebularz. At the end of each show you are invited for tasting warmed-up cebularz.
